The Stress Management course is designed to empower learners with the knowledge and tools to effectively identify, manage, and mitigate stress in their lives. Participants learn strategies for managing stress including proactive identification of stress situations, stress prevention techniques, and how to minimize or neutralize the impact of stress. Furthermore, learners will explore personal responsibility in stress management, how to learn from stressful situations, and ways to help others cope with stress.
With lessons on different stress factors—Physical, Emotional, Situational, and Environmental—the course offers a comprehensive toolkit for dealing with various stressors. The course also provides actionable recommendations to overcome stress, ensuring that participants are well-equipped to handle stress in a healthy and effective manner.
