Change Leadership and Management Program

Overview

Change of any kind often creates shock, and continued aftershocks occur as the impact of change reverberates across the organization. Managers are powerfully positioned to facilitate change by effectively bridging the gap between Executive Management’s focus on macro issues and micro level implementation that shape the change process. They play a vital role in ‘sense making’ and influencing collective readiness for change by addressing questions that subordinates raise regarding the granular impact of change on the work they do.

This program is designed to provide Management with a working  knowledge that correctly interprets the rationale for change; and the practical skills, tools and techniques that enable an informed approach to managing change in a way that engages the deep knowledge of their team and minimize resistance. Participants will learn the frameworks, acquire knowledge and master tools needed to successfully lead and manage their teams through the change process.
