Overview

There is often an ambiguity and sometimes tension that emerge from delegated HR activities and decentralization of responsibilities that are assigned to Non-HR Managers in organisations. Non-HR Managers are required to learn and apply critical HRM solutions to make more effective personnel decisions on the daily basis, while contending with the organization’s HRM processes and practices.

The course is designed to upskill managers to effectively manage everyday human resource needs and challenges within their workforce. The course will examine the human resource components within the employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement.
