Train-The-Trainer Program
Overview
This Program engages participants in a comprehensive and distributive learning process that builds the knowledge and skills required to effectively train and deliver evidence-based programs. It helps participants dive deep into the training cycle, understand how to design the best content, use various training methodologies and learning models and deliver programs effectively.
Participants learn how to develop, organize and deliver training and how to assess the success of training. At the heart of this program is the ability to deliver an interactive presentation and how to apply the knowledge based on educational research to achieve prescribed training goals.
