Supervisory Skills Development Program
Overview
Most supervisors FAIL because they can’t handle the pressure and expectations that come with the position. Their inability to perform or execute the basic management tasks, like planning, organizing, coordinating, staffing, directing, controlling, and evaluating also causes serious performance challenges to most supervisors. Inevitably, most of them struggle within their first few years in the role, driving down productivity, morale, employee engagement and often achieving poor results.
This program is developed to equip participants with a broad range of supervisory skills, tools and mindset that can be utilized for different people and in different situations to inspire and achieve results.
